KISS imPRESS Press-on Falsies Review

When I saw the new imPRESS Press-on Falsies Lashes I knew I had to try them. I’ve never seen anything like it-just a quick press-and-go system? Yes, please! I’m a huge fan of press-on nails, and this is a similar concept. I love underlash lashes as opposed to strip lashes or individuals that you place on top of your lash with lash glue. They’re more like an extension, they tend to look much more natural and are way easier to apply. But the glue can sometimes be time-consuming, or messy, so the fact that these have the adhesive on the lash already was very intriguing to me! In this post I’ll review my first application of the imPRESS Press-on Falsies, how they were to apply, how they looked and felt, and how long they lasted.

If you love lash reviews I have so many HERE!

Ingredients

Rosin (Colophonium, Colophane). Styrene/Isoprene Copolymer, Polyethylene Terephthalate.

What are imPRESS Press-On Falsies?

  • They are the first ever press-on one-step no glue lash.
  • They have exclusive self-stick technology that adheres instantly & lasts for up to 24 hours (I’ll test how long they last later in this post).
  • They come in lash clusters that you apply under your real lashes, so they are invisible & the look is super-natural. Since they come in clusters you can create a full look, apply accent lashes, or stack them however you like.
  •  Easy removal leaves no sticky residue & won’t damage your natural lashes

What comes in the imPRESS Falsies kit?

The kit includes 20 pre-bonded clusters of 12mm-14mm natural volume lashes & the ergonomically designed, innovative nonstick applicator. The original price varies depending on where you purchase them but the current price ranges from $10-16 for all of the items listed below.

How many lash styles are there?

They have a great variety of lash styles. As of March 2024, they have 20 different lash styles and multiple ways to purchase. They have every style you could ever want from super subtle and natural to bold volume. They are all stackable clusters if you like to create your own lash look.

You can get:

  • The full set includes 20 lash clusters and the applicator wand- this is what I tested today.
  • The mini set which has 12 clusters and a mini applicator wand- This is $10.99
  • The big cluster set with 30 clusters and no wand- this is $15.
  • The mini set which is just 12 clusters.

How do you apply them?

  1. Curl your lashes with a lash curler.
  2. Pluck a lash cluster from the tray.
  3. Place the cluster underneath your natural lashes. Leave a tiny gap so they aren’t touching your lash line. This helps them stay on and feel more comfortable.
  4. Squeeze clusters and natural lashes together with the applicator.

After I applied the Falsies on one eye in a single row- they’re so pretty!

Review of the lash application process:

These false lashes are SO EASY TO APPLY! They are by far the easiest lashes I’ve ever put on. The fact that there is one simple step and zero glue needed- just press the lashes on and go makes them so fast to apply. You just pluck the cluster from the tray (I used my fingers) then use the applicator to put them on. The pre-bonded breakthrough technology is incredible!

The shape of their applicator is a little weird so I ended up using Lashify’s applicator.

The lashes are very forgiving- if you apply it and don’t like the placement you can remove it and slide it over. No glue mess! And unless you clamped them down, they aren’t stuck on your lashes yet.

I clamped as I went because it felt like they might fall off if I didn’t. Usually with lashes, I’ll place them all then clamp them after they’re all placed. I don’t think that would work as well with these since there isn’t a glob of glue holding them on.

I love that there isn’t any drying time required. You pull the lash off the container and apply directly- seriously SO EASY.

This is one eye with the Falsies and one with the lashes just curled. My natural eyelashes are pretty long but I like to add a little more length and volume sometimes.

How do they look?

The natural set is really beautiful! They look like lash extensions. I applied the 12mm and they were the perfect length.

The lashes look like real hair. I’ve tried Ardell Seamless Underlash Extensions and they looked very plastic. These look great.

They aren’t tapered- meaning the inner and outer corners get longer or shorter. So I skipped the inner corner. If they aren’t tapered they always hit my brow bone and I find that to be uncomfortable. I ended up using 4 clusters of falsies per eye and they didn’t touch my brow or feel uncomfortable.

The final look!

How do the imPress Press-on Falsies feel?

Great! They are lightweight and don’t irritate my eyes.

I love how seamless they look under my lashes

How long did they last?

I wasn’t expecting these to last after I washed my face before bed but surprisingly, they did! I got 3 days of wear out of them! One of the outer lashes was lifting on the corner so I pulled it off. It came off easily without taking any of my lashes with it.

I ended up removing all of the lashes on day 3. The lashes still looked great and could definitely be reused for 2-3 applications. The sticky residue is gone so they’d need to be glued on.

One thing I really like about these lashes is how mess free they were. Usually when I remove lashes I have glue leftover on my lashes that I need to use oil or makeup remover to get off. This entails me rubbing my eyes and pulling on my lashes. These lashes left no residue and didn’t pull off any of my lashes with them. *One lash came off when I took these off but that’s normal. Our lashes naturally fall off and if you wear lashes for more than a few days you will lose some lashes.

How do you remove imPress Press-on Falsies?

To remove the lashes use clean hands and press them down toward your eyelid and the base will lift off. Gently grab the base of the lash and pull away from your eye.

I only lost 1 of my lashes when removing them (which is normal) and there is no glue residue leftover

Final thoughts on imPress Press-on Falsies

I LOVE these press-on lashes! They look beautiful, were so easy to apply, lasted way longer than expected, and didn’t leave a goopy glue mess on my lashes when I took them off. I highly recommend you try these lashes for an easy mistake-proof application! They would be especially great if you have sensitive eyes and are just looking for a set to last 1 or 2 days.

I think pre-bonded false eyelashes are the future vs. glue lashes. These lashes truly are a game changer.
